Each person who verifies their identity with Companies House has to have their own unique email addres

You have the right to cancel the service and receive a full refund within 7 days providing that no work has been done by us. If we have started work on your verification, then a discretionary fee may be refunded from your refund. Once your application has been submitted to Companies House no refund can be obtained.
